Property Management: Oppenhoff advises MVGM on the acquisition of VIVANIUM
The independent German commercial law firm Oppenhoff has advised MVGM, the largest property manager in the Netherlands and top manager for commercial and residential property in Germany, on the acquisition of Mannheim-based property manager VIVANIUM.
As a result of the transaction, MVGM will assume the management of around 2.2 million additional square metres of commercial space and over 13,500 residential units. The property specialist already manages 7 million square metres of property on the German market.
The Oppenhoff team comprises Dr. Günter Seulen (corporate law/M&A, lead partner), Dr. Stefanie Minzenmay and Marvin Rochner (both real estate law), Dr. Andreas Krebs (corporate law/M&A), Dr. Daniel Dohrn (antitrust law), Alexandra Groth (employment law) und Marc Krischer (tax law).
MVGM’s transaction team was completed by the business consultancy Ritterwald, which advised on financial and commercial issues.
