Oppenhoff & Partner gains three new partners in Frankfurt
Oppenhoff & Partner has gained the employment lawyer Anja Dombrowsky as well as M&A experts Till Liebau and Dr. Markus Rasner to further expand its office in Frankfurt am Main. The lawyers transferred from Graf von Westphalen to Oppenhoff’s Frankfurt office at the beginning of July. The three new partners already worked together for many years at CMS Hasche Sigle prior to working at GvW.
Anja Dombrowsky advises on individual and collective employment law, focusing on reorganisations, restructurings and M&A transactions, in particular in the chemical, energy and financial services sectors. The two M&A lawyers Till Liebau and Dr. Markus Rasner have an extensive track record of M&A and private equity transactions in the mid-cap segment. Till Liebau regularly advises North-American investors, whilst Dr. Markus Rasner focuses on German-Asian business.

The three lawyers most recently, for example, jointly advised the payment service provider Concardis during the sale to the private equity fund Advent and Bain, as well as the logistics enterprise EF-Express in the sale of its business operations to Flash Europe.
