Oppenhoff & Partner appoints new partners
With effect as per 1 January 2019, Oppenhoff & Partner has made corporate lawyer Dr. Nefail Berjasevic and antitrust lawyer Dr. Simon Spangler partners of the law firm. Additionally, Timo Steffes-Holländer, Edder Cifuentes, Dr. Luise Hauschild, Johannes Janning, Dr. Susanne Maurer and Marvin Rochner have been made junior partners. These career advancements are in response to the successful contributions made by these lawyers to firm’s sustained success with it clients in important growth areas.
Dr. Nefail Berjasevic, EMBA, LL.M. (NYU), advises enterprises and investors on matters of corporate and capital markets law, in particular on restructurings and M&A projects. He has recently advised, amongst other things, on the change of legal form of the listed company KSB into an SE & Co. KGaA. Mr. Berjasevic also specialises in restructurings and insolvency issues.
Dr. Simon Spangler, LL.M. (UCT), specialises in German and European antitrust law. One focus of his legal counselling is the increasingly important area of distribution cartel law. He advises international and national enterprises from a variety of fields, including manufacturers of brand-name goods.
