Oppenhoff advises RGM Holding on the sale of PropertyFirst to the Dutch property manager MVGM

Oppenhoff has advised RGM Holding GmbH (Dortmund) on the sale of all of its shares in PropertyFirst GmbH to the Dutch property manager MVGM Vastgoedmanagement B.V. (MVGM).

In the areas residential and commercial, MVGM’s position in the Netherlands is similar to that of PropertyFirst in Germany. The former wholly-owned subsidiary of RGM will continue to operate on the market under the well-known name and under the management of its managing director Andreas Flechtner.

RGM Holding is one of Germany’s leading property services enterprises, focussing on technical, commercial and infrastructural property management, facility management and industrial services. In 2017, its ca. 1,900 employees generated a turnover of about 193 million Euro. RGM is an enterprise of Gegenbauer Holding SE & Co. KG, Berlin.

The Oppenhoff team comprised Dr. Christoph Niemeyer, Johannes Janning (both corporate law/M&A) and Marc Krischer (tax law).
