Oppenhoff & Partner advises DuMont on its investment in censhare AG

Oppenhoff & Partner advised DuMont Media Group on an investment in censhare AG within the frame of merger control. As a strategic investor, DuMont acquires up to 37.5% of the shares in censhare AG and thereby expands its "digital business". By the end of last year, DuMont already invested in Facelift brand building technologies GmbH. This transaction has also been advised by Oppenhoff & Partner.

 

Founded in 2001 and based in Munich, censhare AG is a developer and provider of marketing and communication software. With more than 200 employees, the company is represented at several locations around the world and includes some of the world's leading international companies among their customers (e.g. Toyota, McDonald's and BMW).
