Oppenhoff & Partner advises SnowWorld on its market launch in Germany with the acquisition of shares in Alpenpark Neuss
Oppenhoff & Partner has advised SnowWorld, the listed Dutch operator of indoor skiing areas, on the acquisition of 25 percent of the shares in Alpenpark Neuss. Additionally, SnowWorld has been given the option of expanding this cooperation in the medium term to a majority holding.
With the simultaneous acquisition of the SnowPlanet Amsterdam, SnowWorld has become the European market leader in indoor winter resorts.
The Oppenhoff team, led by Myriam Schilling (corporate law/M&A) provided extensive advice on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
