Oppenhoff & Partner advises K1-Immobilien on the sale of the Lifestyle Centre “K1 Karree” in Mannheim
Oppenhoff & Partner has advised K1 Immobilien GmbH on the sale of the Lifestyle Centre “K1 Karree” in Mannheim to H.I.G. Capital.
With its construction volume of 11,500 m², the mixed-use commercial property is one of the largest inner-city construction projects of recent years in Mannheim. The K1 is located on the site of a former furniture chain and was rebuilt and significantly upgraded as of 2017. The building is fully let on a long-term basis.
H.I.G. is a global holding company with over EUR 31 billion in managed equity.
Oppenhoff provided comprehensive legal support for the transaction, including advice on private construction law and commercial tenancy law.
