Oppenhoff & Partner advises investor consortium on the sale of Sevenval to Oaktree Capital
Oppenhoff & Partner has advised an investor consortium led by Berlin Technologie Holding on the sale of Sevenval Technologies GmbH (Cologne) to the Oaktree Capital Group.
The software house Sevenval, which has over 200 employees, develops solutions for the agile development or automatic optimisation of web performance and security. For Oaktree, the acquisition is a further step towards establishing an IT and software-driven group of companies. The founder and managing director of Sevenval Technologies, Jan Webering, remains a shareholder in the company.
Oppenhoff has been advising Sevenval on various projects and transactions for many years.
