Oppenhoff appoints three new junior partners

Oppenhoff has appointed three lawyers from amidst its ranks as junior partners with effect from 1 July 2024: Moritz Coché (Employment Law), Martin Brandenburger-Nonnast (Tax Law) and Patrick Vapore (Litigation & Arbitration).

The firm’s chairwoman Myriam Baars-Schilling commented: "I would like to congratulate our colleagues on their promotion. They have proven to have a great deal of expertise and experience in advising our clients and their commitment greatly contributes to the growth of our firm. We are delighted to be heading into the future with such a strong Oppenhoff team."

Martin Brandenburger-Nonnast advises and represents national and international companies in all legal matters relating to tax law. His work includes, among other things, assisting with tax audits as well as judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. He also specialises in international tax law.

Moritz Coché advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. He has particular expertise in advising on company pension schemes. A further focus of his work is employment law related support during corporate restructurings and strategic advice on collective bargaining matters.

Patrick Vapore advises and represents national and international companies in civil, commercial and business law matters. His work includes extrajudicial dispute resolution as well as the enforcement and defence of claims before state courts and arbitration tribunals. He also specialises in German and European antitrust law.
