Oppenhoff appoints new partners as of 1 January 2024
Oppenhoff elected Holger Hofmann (Public Commercial Law, Public Procurement Law) as an equity partner with effect from 1 January 2024. Alexandra Groth (Labour Law) was appointed partner and Dr Johannes Kaesbach (Labour Law) and Tobias Kollakowski (IT Law & Data Protection; Legal Tech) were promoted to junior partners.

Holger Hofmann advises large and medium-sized companies from the industrial sector and on public commercial law, in particular on environmental and public procurement law issues. on of his focus areas is the decommissioning and dismantling of power plants. He also specialises in advising on regulatory issues relating to ESG compliance structures and climate change litigation as well as on public procurement law in public tenders.
Alexandra Groth advises on labour law issues in the context of restructurings and the relocation of business divisions. Other areas of focus include the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service agreements, the migration of skilled workers and employee participation programmes.
Dr Johannes Kaesbach advises on all areas of individual and collective employment law. His work includes the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service agreements. He also specialises in labour law compliance, works constitution law issues and negotiations between works councils and employers.
Tobias Kollakowski advises on IT and data protection law as well as e-commerce. His work includes, in particular, advising on software and cloud projects, platform law and data protection issues of all kinds, including i group data protection, compliance concepts and social media. He also specialises in the use of legal tech applications and manages the development of the firm's own innovative solutions.
