Oppenhoff advises SEPHORA on leasing office space and flagship store in Düsseldorf
Oppenhoff has advised the global cosmetics chain SEPHORA on the leasing of office and retail space for its new German headquarters and a flagship store in the Schadow Arkaden in Düsseldorf. SEPHORA is moving into the former spaces of a textile retailer, which are currently being extensively remodeled and expanded. Among other things, a new facade facing Schadow-Strasse is being created for SEPHORA. On the upper floor, SEPHORA will move into its new German headquarters. The flagship store is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2021.
The landlord is Rheingrund Immobilien Verwaltungs-GmbH, a company of the Rheinische Post Mediengruppe. SEPHORA belongs to the LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton group, the largest luxury group in the world.
The Oppenhoff team led by Marc Alexander Häger included Marvin Rochner (both real estate law) and Marc Krischer (tax).
Oppenhoff has already advised SEPHORA on the leasing of various stores in Germany, including in Cologne, Frankfurt, Oberhausen and Hamburg.
