Oppenhoff advises SellerX on the acquisition of KW-Commerce
Oppenhoff advised SellerX, Europe’s top aggregator of e-commerce businesses, in the takeover of KW-Commerce GmbH, one of the largest private label sellers on amazon worldwide. Following the completion of the transaction the two founders of KW-Commerce will join the SellerX senior leadership team.
SellerX is the leading acquirer of digital global direct-to-consumer brands. Since its inception about 14 months ago SellerX has become the third fastest European Unicorn.
KW-Commerce, located in Berlin, is one of the largest private label sellers on Amazon worldwide with more than USD 100 m. in revenues. KW-Commerce sells approx. 22.000 active products in the fields of accessories for consumer electronics and home & living. The company has around 450 employees, three subsidiaries in China and serves over 8 million customers annually across more than 190 countries.
Oppenhoff provided legal advice on the acquisition and other aspects of the transaction.
