Oppenhoff advises on the acquisition of CORESIS Group by aam2core
Oppenhoff comprehensively advised the two founding shareholders on the sale of CORESIS Group, which specializes in real estate investment, asset and property management. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The CORESIS Group, headquartered in Bad Homburg, Germany, is an owner-managed real estate investment company for wealthy private and institutional investors. It is focused on generating attractive risk-adjusted returns through German real estate investments.
Aam2core is an investment and asset manager focused on the real estate industry in Germany and the DACH region with offices in Frankfurt am Main and Grünwald.
The newly formed group of companies as a result of the acquisition covers as an investment and asset management platform in particular the real estate asset classes office, residential respectively student housing and logistics for private, semi-institutional and institutional investors. The managed real estate assets amount to approximately 3 billion euros.
