Oppenhoff advises Bankhaus August Lenz on sale of its Payment Services division
Oppenhoff has extensively advised the long-established Munich-based bank August Lenz & Co. AG on the sale of its Payment Services division to Raisin Bank AG. With this acquisition, Raisin Bank is expanding its business areas as a banking-as-a-service provider further.
Frankfurt-based Raisin Bank is a subsidiary of FinTech and the banking-as-a-service provider Raisin DS. Raisin DS specialises in operating interest portals and investment portfolios.
Bankhaus August Lenz is part of the Italian Mediolanum Banking Group, which provides banking, financial and insurance solutions to over a million customers throughout Europe.
