Oppenhoff advises AustriaEnergy International on Green Bond
Oppenhoff has advised the AustriaEnergy Group together with Simmons & Simmons on the creation and placement of a Green Bond with a target volume of €25 million. The Green Bond (WKN: A3LE0J, ISIN: DE000A3LE0J4) has a term of five years and bears interest at 8% p.a. The accompanying securities prospectus has been approved by the CSSF in Luxembourg.
The AustriaEnergy Group, based in Vienna, Austria, historically develops photovoltaic and wind power projects. Since 2019, its focus has also been on green hydrogen or green ammonia and storage technology.
