Oppenhoff advises AUCTUS on investment in STRANET AG and Smaser AG
Oppenhoff has advised AUCTUS on its investment in STRANET AG and Smaser AG via funds managed by AUCTUS.
AUCTUS, based in Munich, is an independent investment company founded by entrepreneurs. The capital under management amounts to around EUR 750 million. AUCTUS focuses on the implementation of growth strategies, especially buy-and-build strategies. AUCTUS currently manages 30 portfolio companies in various sectors of the economy.
STRANET AG, based in Hohenlockstedt, is an IT consulting and software development company. Smaser AG, based in Darmstadt, is a provider of IoT and cloud services. STRANET AG supports companies with practicable and customised solutions ranging from consulting to software development. Its affiliate Smaser AG has been offering expertise in the implementation and operation of business-critical IoT and cloud services since 2017. Together with AUCTUS, the two companies are to continue their strong growth and form a market leader in the field of digitisation.
