Further growth in Frankfurt: Oppenhoff & Partner continues to grow with notaries Rainer Jacob and Anne Vins-Niethammer
Oppenhoff & Partner has successfully recruited the lawyers and notaries Rainer Jacob and Anne Vins-Niethammer for the further expansion of its office in Frankfurt am Main. The two corporate lawyers will join as partners of Oppenhoff’s Frankfurt office on 1 September 2019 at the latest.
Rainer Jacob specialises in corporate takeovers, in particular in the SME sector, as well as shareholder disputes and corporate restructuring. For many years he has also worked extensively as a notary, with a particular focus on the notarisation of transactions in real estate and corporate law. His clients include national and international enterprises.
Anne Vins-Niethammer specialises in national and cross-border transactions as well as corporate reorganisations. The focus of her notarial work is on corporate and real estate law. She has already been working as a lawyer and notary on the team with Rainer Jacob for quite some time and will be joining Oppenhoff as a notary.
Dr. Gilbert Wurth, Spokesman of Oppenhoff & Partner, commented "The new partners fit perfectly into our Frankfurt team. The notarial practice is an important addition to our full range of services. Rainer Jacob and Anne Vins-Niethammer are an ideal mix of experience and long-term perspective."
Anne Vins-Niethammer: "Oppenhoff & Partner, with its internationally oriented, high-quality transaction practice, offers us the optimal platform to further develop our notarial practice and legal advice, particularly in the areas of M&A/corporate law and real estate law"
With the new partners, Oppenhoff & Partner is continuing its steady growth in Frankfurt. In 2017, the firm strengthened its office with M&A lawyers Till Liebau, Dr. Markus Rasner and employment lawyer Anja Dombrowsky, and in 2018 it acquired private equity and financing partner Dr. Gabriele Fontane. A total of approximately 20 lawyers will soon be advising from the firm's Frankfurt office.
Gilbert Wurth: "We want to grow further in Frankfurt - organically and with lateral entrants - and we will also be expanding spatially. Recently, the firm rented additional office space in the Opernturm."
