Best Lawyers Rating: Oppenhoff & Partner has the “Lawyer of the Year 2017” and 17 of “Germany’s Best Lawyers 2017”

In the “Germany’s Best Lawyers 2017” Ranking published by the German Commercial Gazette in collaboration with the US publishers Best Lawyers, 17 lawyers of Oppenhoff & Partner were honoured – and in fact in several categories simultaneously, giving Oppenhoff a total of 25 nominations.

The Ranking, which is now in its ninth edition, is the outcome of an extensive peer-to-peer survey conducted exclusively with lawyers who were questioned on the reputation of their competitors, creating a detailed overview of the most renowned jurists and law firms.

Oppenhoff & Partner achieved, amongst others, the following results in the rating:

• “Lawyer of the Year 2017” – Dr. Marc Hilber, IT law
• 24 distinctions for 17 Oppenhoff lawyers in the category “Germany’s Best Lawyers 2017” in the fields of employment law, corporate governance & compliance practice, corporate law, intellectual property law, IT law, antitrust and competition law, M&A, media and copyright law, pharmaceuticals law, litigation, arbitration/dispute resolution/mediation, tax law, technologies law and insurance law.

With this, not only was Oppenhoff & Partner able to retain the position it held last year, it was also able to distinctly expand it.
