Oppenhoff strengthens its real estate and private clients practice groups with Dr. Gregor Seikel
Oppenhoff & Partner has gained Dr. Gregor Seikel to further expand the corporate real estate and private clients practice groups. The corporate lawyer will be joining as a partner of Oppenhoff’s Frankfurt office on 1 January 2020.
Gregor Seikel specialises in corporate law, M&A and succession issues as well as in corporate real estate, real estate transactions and real estate tax law.

With Gregor Seikel, Oppenhoff & Partner is continuing its steady growth in Frankfurt. Most recently, the lawyers and notaries Rainer Jacob and Anne Vins-Niethammer strengthened the Frankfurt team. In Germany, the law firm advises in all areas of commercial and tax law with about 80 lawyers. From the Frankfurt office, 20 lawyers now advise on corporate law/M&A, employment law, state aid and antitrust law, financing issues, real estate law, distribution law as well as litigation and arbitration.
