Moritz Höhn has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2025. He studied law at the University of Cologne with a focus on European and Public International law, as well as at the University of Sydney (Master of Laws). After completing his studies, he worked as a research assistant in antitrust law at Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf.
During his legal training, Moritz Höhn worked for Linklaters LLP in Düsseldorf in the area of stock corporation and capital markets law (action for annulment of shareholder resolutions), for the Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, Brussels, in the area of economy, innovation and foreign trade, and for the German Consulate General in Miami.
Before transferring to Oppenhoff, he was a lawyer at a boutique law firm in Frankfurt specialising in national court and international arbitration proceedings.
