Lisa Zimmermann advises in national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. She also advises on general matters of corporate law. Lisa Zimmermann additionally has experience in international private law, in particular international law of succession.
Lisa Zimmermann has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2023. She studied law at the University of Tübingen and Universidad Pontificia Comillas Madrid. During her legal internship, Lisa Zimmermann worked inter alia in full-service counselling and the corporate law departments of medium-sized law firms and in the area of international law of succession at a German-Spanish law firm.
