Dr. Gregor Seikel

Experience

Gregor Seikel has been advising on corporate law since 1994, in particular providing advice to real estate partnerships and real estate corporations, as well as assisting with general meetings and acting as a supervisory board member. He also advises on shareholder disputes and real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions and user agreements as well as the interfaces with real estate tax law.

Over the past ten years, Gregor Seikel has also focused on advising private clients in the areas of succession, wealth and foundations. Among other things, he has advised private clients on various succession issues, the structuring of family wealth and on family conflicts and the establishment of foundations. His practice area also includes legal assistance to foundations.

Oppenhoff was named Law Firm of the Year for Succession, Wealth and Foundations at the JUVE Awards 2021.

 

Education

Dr. Gregor Seikel has been a lawyer and partner at Oppenhoff & Partner since 2019. He was previously a partner at GSK Stockmann for almost 21 years. He graduated from the University of Mainz and studied law in Bonn and Munich. He also attained a degree in business management in Munich and completed an apprenticeship as a banker. In addition, his studies and legal internship included several periods abroad, amongst others in London and Austin, Texas.

Dr. Gregor Seikel is a board member of a non-profit foundation. He is a member of various supervisory boards of stock corporations, five of which he serves as chairman. He is also involved in various business clubs, partially as a board member.
