Barnim von den Steinen is a partner at Oppenhoff. Before joining Oppenhoff, he was a lawyer and partner at Rotthege and previously at SZA Schilling Zutt & Anschütz. Barnim von den Steinen studied law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and spent a year at the University of Parma, Italy, as part of an ERASMUS scholarship. He completed his doctorate in stock corporation law under Prof. Dr. Barbara Grunewald at the University of Cologne and was a research assistant at Linklaters LLP. During his legal internship, Barnim von den Steinen worked for Freshfields LLP, among others. In 2014, he spent a secondment at UBS in Frankfurt.
