On matters of corporate law, Anne Vins-Niethammer and Dr. Regina Engelstädter advise companies of all sizes during the drafting of contracts, notarisation, and the Commercial Register processing of corporate law transactions. This includes the notarisation of your company purchase agreements, including credit security measures, as well as general meetings and shareholders' meetings, the reorganisation of your company under company law, as well as support in other corporate structuring and capital measures and classic "corporate housekeeping.” Their field of activities also includes notarial advice on company succession planning and the establishment of non-profit companies and foundations.

In addition, our notaries handle the notarisation and execution of your real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of real estate, support during property-developer project developments from purchase transaction to individual purchase contract, establishment of residential property (partition declarations), real estate transactions of all kinds (creation of mortgages, easements, hereditary building rights, usufruct and residential rights, and transfer of real estate within the framework of anticipated succession).
